WORK METHODOLOGY

In our eagerness to improve and be as demanding as possible with our products, we have obtained the IFS FOOD v.7 certification, in its HIGH LEVEL grade since January 2020 in our facilities in Collado Villaba.

We have implemented a self-control system based on the APPCC (Analysis of critical points) which is verified by our quality department and regularly supervised by the veterinary services of the City Council and the Community of Madrid.

FROM THE ORIGIN

We carry out rigorous hygienic and sanitary controls that guarantee the quality and traceability of your products, from their origin to the final consumer. It has implemented a self-monitoring system based on HACCP (Critical Point Analysis) which is verified by our quality department and regularly supervised by the veterinary services of the Madrid City Council.

IMPROVING EVERY DAY

In our eagerness to improve and be as demanding as possible with our products, we have obtained the IFS FOOD (International Feature Standard) quality certification from January 2020 to date, in our facilities in Collado Villalba. This certification is one of the strictest food safety standards. IFS standards are uniform standards focused on food, products and services. This guarantees that companies certified according to IFS standards manufacture a product or provide a service, that they comply with customer specifications and that they always strive for a continuous improvement of the processes.
