Pork cheek in red wine

MODO DE PREPARACIÓN

First, we brown the garlic in hot oil, remove and brown the cheeks, which we also set aside. Add the chopped vegetables and poach for half an hour over a low heat. Add the wine and vinegar and cook until reduced by half, at which point add the spices and the cheeks. Cover with water and leave to simmer for about an hour.
