Liver with Onions

MODO DE PREPARACIÓN

Peel and cut the onions into rings and brown in a frying pan with butter. Add the vinegar, a little pepper, salt and leave to soften. Salt and pepper the liver fillets, dredge them in flour and fry them over a low heat.

In a bowl, mix the liver with the onion and add the parsley. Serve it at the table with the mashed potatoes.
