DELIVERY

We follow strict quality and safety controls so that your order arrives as soon as possible and in perfect condition.

The delivery will be carried out by the cold transport company, for deliveries in the mornings from Monday to Friday (not holidays) with total guarantee of freshness of our products. The order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the purchase process.

Delivery times are 24-72 hours from the time the order is picked up at our facilities by the cold transport agency. Collection days are Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 13:00 are processed and shipped the next day. If the order is received after Thursday at 13:00 hours, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered the first working day for the order procedure. If the order is received on the day before a public holiday or bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on the first working day (Monday to Thursday) after the public holiday or bank holiday. No deliveries will be made over the weekend.

José Luis Gancedo S.L. offers free shipping to mainland Spain on orders over 60€.

ORDERS

To check the status of your order, you can contact our offices by calling 91 8414984 or sending an e-mail to info@gancedosl.com.

If the order cannot be delivered because the buyer is absent or unable to receive it, the estimated shipping costs will not be refunded. Deliveries that cannot be made due to difficulties of access to the address shall be made at the customer’s expense both on the outward and return journeys. In the event that the delivery address has certain difficulties, due to location or any other exceptional circumstances, please notify info@gancedosl.com in advance so that the supplier can take them into account. If you wish, you can contact our customer service hotline and verify any exceptionality so that there are no problems with the delivery.

In addition, the additional delivery by the carrier, after the second missed delivery, will also be increased by a 20% surcharge on the total amount of the invoice. No shipments will be made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Any order may be rejected or cancelled by José Luis Gancedo S.L. when there is a manifest error in the price or when the information about the product, invoicing, payment and/or delivery details are insufficient or inaccurate.

José Luis Gancedo S.L. will not be responsible for delays caused by causes beyond its control or beyond its control. José Luis Gancedo S.L. is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the delivery data provided by the purchaser, and the purchaser shall bear the additional costs when an error or inaccuracy implies a new shipment or any other action that implies an additional cost.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Given the characteristics of our products, foodstuffs and perishables, the right of withdrawal recognised in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, will not apply, given that they may deteriorate or expire quickly, in accordance with the provisions of article 102.b) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and its subsequent amendment by Law 3/2014 of 27 March, article 103.d).
It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the packaging and goods very carefully for any damage, if the packaging does not arrive in good condition, open box and / or damaged in transport, they must state it on the delivery note that will make you sign the carrier and notify the supplier by email to info@gancedosl.com, sending a photograph with the incident. If you do not initially notice that the order is damaged in its packaging and you sign for the delivery of your order, it will be considered accepted without the possibility of return.

In case of product in poor condition or error of the product/s sent, JOSE LUIS GANCEDO S.L. will assume the shipping costs incurred by the return, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been consumed in whole or in part. You have a return period of 24 hours from receipt and you must inform us as soon as possible of the problem with your order by calling our customer service number 91 8414984 or by emailing info@gancedosl.com, indicating the problem and your order number. Please send a photo by e-mail. Without a photograph we are unable to process the incident. After this period we cannot be held responsible. Returns and exchanges will be processed and any refunds will be made to the credit card (if the consumer has chosen that method of payment).

For any return that is not caused by a defect or error José Luis Gancedo S.L. the return postage will be paid by the customer. It is essential that the goods are returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, in their original packaging and without having been totally or partially consumed, otherwise the goods will not be accepted as returned.

All our products have a quality guarantee that guarantees our signature, traceability and control, in no case this guarantee is applicable to the manipulation of the articles caused by the consumer. The warranty replaces the product at zero cost, but never refunds the full amount within 24 hours of delivery.

The articles of the web have measures and colours that give an approximation with the most approximate reality, but they are not 100% reliable, due to the fact that the colours can be perceived in a different way to the real one depending on the screens that we use, the levels of light and contrast and also external conditions to our web, for concrete cases verify all the information with the technical department, we are delighted to listen to you and help you since in the returns for technical reasons will be in charge of the client.
